This is a basic / community related challenge. Someone suffering from dpression / mental conditions need to get professional help.

Who’s leading the challenge?

Harini, a certified art therapist and wellness coach with 10+ years of experience.

Will there be any personal counselling? 

While we would love to do so, the format of this challenge does not allow for that.
Having said that, you are welcome to explore other individual program offerings with us. The person who has invited you will be able to guide you towards it.

Can I join if I’m not artistic?

Absolutely! This is not about perfection—it’s about expression and relaxation.

What if I miss a day?

Each day’s content is available for ~30 hours. After that, you’ll need to wait for the  next challenge .
